Withdraw from contract

As a consumer you can withdraw from an online order within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons (right of withdrawal). Enter your details below and confirm your withdrawal. You will immediately receive an e-mail confirming receipt, with date and time.

By clicking “Confirm withdrawal” you inform us that you withdraw from the contract for the sale of the products mentioned. You will immediately receive an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail with the date and time of submission.

How it works

  1. Fill in the form and click Confirm withdrawal.
  2. You will immediately receive an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail with the date and time of submission. Your withdrawal is on time if you submit it before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period.
  3. Return the product within 14 days of your withdrawal to Vilu Food Partner, De Steven 17, 9206 AX Drachten, the Netherlands. The cost of the return shipment is for your account.
  4. We refund all payments, including the standard shipping costs of the original delivery, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same means of payment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you have shown that you have sent it back, whichever is earlier.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed foods whose seal has been broken after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene. You are liable for any loss in value if you have used the product more than is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
