Shipping within the Netherlands: € 4.99. Free shipping from € 30.00. Ordered before 15.30, shipped today. In the afternoon you will receive an e-mail from DHL with track & trace.

Payment

Pay securely with iDEAL, Bancontact or PayPal. Business customers can order on invoice (bank transfer). On pick-up you can pay in cash or by card.

Returns

As a consumer you have a 14-day withdrawal period after receiving your order. You can withdraw easily via the “Withdraw from contract” button at the bottom of every page, by e-mail to klantenservice@stevija.nl or with the model form. Return the product within 14 days of your withdrawal to Vilu Food Partner, De Steven 17, 9206 AX Drachten, the Netherlands; the cost of the return shipment is for your account. We refund the purchase amount including the standard shipping costs within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same means of payment (if applicable, once we have received the product back or you have sent proof of shipment). Sealed foods whose seal has been broken cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene.
