Steviol glycosides
Stevia is grown on plantations in South America and Asia. Paraguay and China in particular are major producers. After harvesting, the stevia is dried and, at centrally located sites, the concentrated sweetener is obtained from the plant through a pure extraction process. This sweet white powder is as much as 300 to 400 times sweeter than sugar.

How to use
Extract Powder is very sweet, which is why a handy dosing spoon is included that makes it easy to measure 5 to 25 milligrams. Besides the very sweet Extract Powder, the SteviJa range also includes the easy-to-dose ‘SteviJa Zoetpoeder’ (sweet powder) and the crystalline ‘SteviJa Kristal’.
Please note: very high sweetening power, 200 to 300 times sweeter than sugar!
