Ingredients
- 1½ tubs ricotta
- 8 frozen strawberries
- 2 fresh strawberries
- 2 tablespoons SteviJa Zoetpoeder®
Preparation
Mix the ricotta with the Zoetpoeder® in a bowl. Blend the 8 frozen strawberries very finely with a hand blender and mix the strawberry mixture into the ricotta mixture.
Wash the 2 fresh strawberries and remove the stalks. Cut the strawberries in half lengthways and cut the halves into 4 hearts.
Divide the ricotta mixture between 2 small bowls and place 2 strawberry hearts in each bowl.
